It was a Saturday and Franklin was severely attacked by another dog. Franklin had deep wounds to his throat and back. Franklin’s owner was frantically trying to find a vet that could help Franklin and she had very little money to put toward his surgery. Luckily when she was at a vet’s office, one of the Board Members for the OCSPCA was there to tell her about our Animals Relief Fund (“ARF”). Franklin’s owner qualified for the ARF program and with the assistance of the OCSPCA and another organization, Franklin was able to get the surgery he needed. Thank you to all who support the OCSPCA. Because of you, animals in need like Franklin get the help they need.
