Charles (Chuck) Henry Downing peacefully passed away on March 21, 2018. To begin his career as an electrician, Chuck joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) in 1966. He was a 50-year member of Local 441 and finally retired in 2007. During his career he had a wonderful hunting dog, Patches, and in his retirement, he and his wife Lorraine traveled the country in their RV, with their dogs Seiko and Rolex. They recently added Poppi and Daisy to the family. he loved all animals and had a special place for each of his pups. Thank you for honoring him with your donation
